Selection Boundary
Lead recovery can involve different feed streams and cell designs. Do not transfer nickel, copper or zinc operating values to a lead project. Current is first estimated from the active electrode area and the process current density, then checked against production rate, current efficiency and operating schedule.
The working voltage must include the cells, electrode overpotential, electrolyte resistance, connection topology and busbar losses. The published 12 V rating is an output limit, not a universal lead recovery recipe.
