12V 6000A Nickel-Lead Electrolysis Rectifier

12V 6000A Nickel-Lead Electrolysis Rectifier for nickel and lead recovery; confirm the working range, AC supply, duty, controls, cooling and installation…

The 12V 6000A Nickel-Lead Electrolysis Rectifier is a unidirectional DC power supply rated at 12 V and 6000 A for nickel and lead recovery projects. The published rating defines the available DC envelope; it does not replace process calculations or establish the normal operating setpoint.

Published Rating and Electrical Boundary

Rated DC output 12 V DC, 6000 A DC
Application nickel and lead recovery
Regulation Constant-current or constant-voltage main mode, selected for the confirmed process
AC input AC 380 V or 415 V. Final phase, frequency and site conditions must be confirmed.

This product follows Gao Hui’s low-voltage AC input, high-frequency switching and isolation, one-way DC architecture. It is not presented as an external DC-input converter, AC-output source, bidirectional or regenerative supply, or medium/high-voltage direct-input system.

Application and Selection

This page applies to electrochemical recovery where the exact nickel-bearing or lead-bearing feed and chemistry must be identified Use cathode area and current density or a Faraday production route with confirmed efficiency and operating time. Confirm total loaded voltage from chemistry, cells, connection, spacing, overpotential and busbar losses.

Nickel and lead processes require separate chemistry and operating windows; one metal’s values must not be used for the other.

Voltage-loss focus: include electrode gaps, busbars, cables, contacts, fixtures and electrolyte or load resistance when checking loaded voltage. Excess voltage margin can increase heat without improving the process.

Information Required for Selection

  • target metal: nickel or lead
  • feed and electrolyte
  • electrode materials and area
  • current density
  • cell count and connection
  • production target and efficiency
  • loaded voltage
  • duty and safety conditions

Also provide the site AC voltage, phase and frequency; cable distance; daily duty; ambient conditions; cabinet location; required local or remote control; and any interface or interlock list. Gao Hui engineering can then check the practical working range against the published rating.

Configuration Boundary

The confirmed standard scope is limited to the published DC rating and stated process use. Cooling method, enclosure, control interface, ramp, timer, ampere-hour control, pulse waveform, polarity reversal, communications, ripple target and redundancy are project-specific. They are supplied only when written into the confirmed configuration and must not be inferred from a legacy title, image or category.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can working voltage be below the rated voltage?

The rated value provides an operating envelope. The actual requirement is the loaded process voltage plus verified conductor and contact losses.

Can AC input be selected from DC current alone?

No. DC voltage and current determine output power, and the site supply, phase and frequency must also be confirmed.

Does the page guarantee a particular process result?

No. Process results also depend on chemistry, materials, geometry, preparation and the validated operating recipe.
