The 80V 360A Auto-Reversing Sodium Hypochlorite Rectifier provides up to 28.8 kW of controlled DC power for on-site brine electrolysis systems. Automatic polarity reversal can support an electrode-cleaning sequence when the electrolyzer manufacturer specifies the reversing cycle and interlocks.
Powering on-site hypochlorite generation
A sodium hypochlorite generator electrolyzes prepared brine to produce a dilute disinfectant solution at the point of use. The rectifier supplies the current required by the cell stack, while brine concentration, flow, temperature, electrode coating, cell efficiency and operating time influence available-chlorine production. Hydrogen ventilation and system safety remain essential parts of the complete installation.

Match the rectifier to the cell stack
For series-connected cells, voltage increases with the number of units while current remains common to the chain. Parallel branches add current. The safest selection input is the electrolyzer supplier’s normal and maximum DC voltage, current, simultaneous operating point and reversal timing.
System integration
PLC communication, brine-flow interlocks, temperature and level alarms, cooling supervision, hydrogen-ventilation signals and emergency shutdown can be coordinated with the generator. Custom output from 1–1000V and 1–100,000A is available.
