The 100V 1000A Industrial Electrolysis Rectifier delivers 100 kW of adjustable DC power for electrolytic cell banks, OEM skids and production equipment. The higher-voltage output is useful where several cells are connected in series or the loaded circuit has significant voltage demand.
Controlled power for electrochemical production
The rectifier regulates current and voltage at the electrodes, allowing an electrolysis process to operate at a defined electrical load. Depending on the cell and electrolyte, the equipment may support metal recovery, refining, gas production or chemical conversion. The process result also depends on electrode material, temperature, circulation, concentration, cell geometry and operating time.

Why the connection diagram matters
Series-connected cells add their operating voltage while carrying the same current. Parallel cell branches share voltage and increase total current demand. Before choosing 100V, check the maximum loaded voltage of each section, number of cells, busbar length, contact losses and simultaneous operating condition.
Integration features
Soft start, programmable ramps, timers, ampere-hour records, alarm outputs, process interlocks and remote setpoints can be configured. Custom output from 1–1000V and 1–100,000A is available for suitable AC-DC systems.
