The 24V 1000A Aluminum Anodizing Rectifier supplies 24 kW of adjustable DC power for conventional aluminum anodizing tanks and production lines. Its current capacity suits larger rack area than a 500A unit while retaining a practical low-voltage operating range.
Supporting repeatable oxide formation
During anodizing, the aluminum workpiece forms a controlled oxide layer under direct current. Stable current or voltage adjustment helps operators maintain the process as electrical resistance changes during the cycle. Film thickness, appearance and uniformity also depend on alloy, electrolyte, temperature, agitation, contact quality, current density and time.

Check tank area and loaded voltage
Current is calculated from the maximum simultaneously anodized area multiplied by the process current density. At approximately 1.3 A/dm², 1000A corresponds to about 770 dm² as a simple conventional sulfuric-anodizing comparison. Actual selection must use the plant recipe and maximum rack load.
The 24V output can suit conventional low-voltage anodizing where the loaded tank stays within this range. Hard anodizing may require more voltage and cooling, while micro-arc oxidation requires a separate high-voltage pulse supply.
Production options
Timer control, current ramps, ampere-hour totals, recipes, alarms and line communication can be included. Terminal direction and cabinet layout can be adapted to the tank and busbar route.
