The 100V 2000A Hydrogen Electrolysis Rectifier delivers up to 200 kW of adjustable DC power for multi-cell electrolyzers and industrial hydrogen production systems.
Electrical control for a larger cell stack
A higher-voltage rectifier can serve an electrolyzer with more series-connected cells or a working point above the range of low-voltage supplies. Stable current regulation supports controlled hydrogen production, while voltage feedback helps operators observe changes in the stack. Gas purity, efficiency and production rate also depend on cell design, membrane or diaphragm condition, electrolyte, temperature and balance-of-plant operation.

Information needed for selection
Specify the stack’s cell count, normal and maximum voltage, target current, startup sequence and required turndown range. Incoming AC supply, cooling-water temperature and installation environment are important for defining the complete package.
Automation and safety interfaces
Programmable startup ramps, remote setpoints, output monitoring and fault history can be integrated with the hydrogen-system controller. External permissives can ensure that cooling, circulation and gas-handling equipment are ready before DC output is enabled.
