Power matched to line speed
Continuous plating combines moving material with a defined residence time in each active zone. Stable current control helps maintain the selected current density as speed, wetted area and contact conditions change. Deposit thickness and distribution also depend on chemistry, flow, cell length, anode arrangement and electrical contact.
