Electropolishing Rectifiers

GAOHUI electropolishing rectifiers provide controlled DC output for confirmed electrolytic polishing, surface smoothing, passivation and electrochemical deburring processes. Selection is based on the effective workpiece area, required current density, working voltage, electrolyte and process conditions, duty cycle, cooling and control requirements. Plasma electropolishing and conventional low-voltage electropolishing have different operating windows, so the final rating is confirmed from the actual process and load data.
