On site application case of aluminum alloy oxide rectifier

A certain aerospace component processing plant has introduced IGBT based aluminum alloy oxide rectifiers for hard anodizing treatment of 2024 aluminum alloy aircraft landing gear components. The device inputs three-phase AC380V ± 10% and outputs DC0~80V/0~1500A. It adopts fully water-cooled heat dissipation and N+1 redundancy design, which is suitable for harsh production requirements. During on-site operation, the voltage and current control accuracy of the equipment reaches ± 1%, and the formation time of the oxide film is shortened by 30% and energy consumption is reduced by 15% -20% through high-frequency switching technology. The generated Al ₂ O3 oxide film has a uniform thickness (5-25 μ m) and a hardness of 500-900HV. It meets aviation standards through salt spray, tensile testing, and other tests. At the same time, it achieves non-stop maintenance, greatly improving production stability and component corrosion and wear resistance.
