This case is the chrome plating process and hard power supply upgrade project of a precision machinery factory in Tianjin. The factory focuses on the processing of easily worn mechanical components, using low ripple high-frequency hard power supply combined with hard chrome plating technology, and carrying out surface treatment for core components such as machine tool spindles and hydraulic cylinders. The power supply has microsecond level response speed and precise current and voltage stabilization function, with low ripple coefficient, ensuring uniform coating thickness (20-500 μ m), hardness up to HV800-1200, and component wear resistance life increased by 3-5 times. On site supporting chromium acid mist spray recycling system, strictly following Tianjin environmental protection standards, achieving standard emissions of waste gas. After the project was put into use, it not only solved the problems of flower formation and low efficiency in traditional coating processes, but also achieved the goal of energy saving of more than 25%, balancing production efficiency and environmental compliance.
