The 36V 1500A Silver Recovery Rectifier delivers 54 kW of controlled DC power for recovering silver from compatible process streams and electrolytic cells.
In a compatible recovery cell, the 36V 1500A Silver Recovery Rectifier drives cathodic silver deposition from suitable process solutions, supporting metal recovery as concentration and electrode loading change over time.
Supporting controlled silver deposition
Electrolytic recovery moves dissolved silver to a cathode under direct current. Consistent output helps maintain the intended current density as concentration and cathode condition change. The recovery rate and deposit form also depend on solution chemistry, circulation, electrode material, spacing and residence time.

Define the cell load
Current is selected from active cathode area and operating current density. Voltage must cover the cell or cell bank at full current, including busbar and cable losses. Conductivity, electrode spacing and whether cells are connected in series or parallel should be included in the enquiry.
Operation and monitoring
Soft start, timed recovery stages, remote setpoints and accumulated ampere-hours can simplify operation. Output feedback, alarms and cooling permissives can connect to the treatment or recovery controller.
