The 200V 1000A Alkaline Water Electrolysis Rectifier provides 200 kW of regulated DC power for alkaline electrolyzer stacks and integrated hydrogen-production skids.
The 200V 1000A Alkaline Water Electrolysis Rectifier delivers controlled DC to an alkaline electrolyzer stack, supporting hydrogen and oxygen evolution while stable current regulation helps maintain repeatable operating output.
Powering an alkaline electrolyzer stack
The rectifier converts the plant AC supply into adjustable DC for the cell stack. Current is closely related to hydrogen production, while the required voltage reflects cell count and operating conditions. Smooth startup and stable regulation help the electrolyzer reach its intended working point while circulation, temperature, pressure and gas separation are managed by the balance of plant.

Information for correct sizing
Provide the number of cells, normal and maximum stack voltage, target current, startup curve and expected operating range. Incoming AC conditions, cooling-water data and installation altitude also affect the final design.
Plant integration
Remote setpoints, live output feedback, controlled ramps, alarm history and external permissives can coordinate DC power with circulation and gas-handling equipment. Modular or redundant arrangements can be discussed where uptime is critical.
