The 24V 1000A Gold Electrowinning Rectifier provides 24 kW of controllable DC power for recovering gold from suitable process solutions onto cathodes or collection media.
In a suitable recovery cell, the 24V 1000A Gold Electrowinning Rectifier supplies controlled DC for cathodic metal deposition, supporting stable current as solution concentration and cathode loading change during recovery.
Electrical control in gold recovery
Electrowinning uses direct current to move dissolved metal toward the cathode. Stable regulation helps operators maintain the selected current density as solution concentration and cathode loading change. This can support an orderly recovery cycle when electrolyte chemistry, flow, electrode condition and upstream preparation are correctly managed.
Rated configuration

| Custom range | 1–1000V and 1–100,000A |

Choosing the output
Current is estimated from active cathode area and the intended operating density. Voltage should cover the cell, electrode spacing and connection losses at full load. Solution conductivity and the number of cells are therefore essential selection data.
Controls for the recovery cycle
Ramped startup, timed stages, remote setpoints and accumulated ampere-hours can be configured. Output feedback and alarms may connect to the plant controller, while enclosure and cooling arrangements can be adapted to the installation.
