The 24V 5000A Hard Chrome Rectifier provides 120 kW of regulated DC power for large-area engineering chrome plating and high-throughput production tanks.
High-current control for hard chrome lines
Large parts and multiple-workpiece loads demand substantial current while the bath, fixtures and contacts add voltage loss. Accurate regulation helps the operator maintain the specified current density through the deposition period. With suitable anodes, masking and solution control, this creates a dependable electrical foundation for building wear-resistant chrome on hydraulic, tooling and industrial components.

Confirming current and voltage
Use the maximum simultaneous plated area and process current density to determine amperage. Include reserve for fixture changes, but avoid excessive oversizing that reduces useful adjustment resolution. Check voltage at full load, including the tank, long busbars, cables and all contact points.
Line integration options
The supply can accept current commands from the production controller and return real-time voltage, current and alarm signals. Timed ramps, staged programs, data recording, cooling interlocks and remote emergency control can be configured to match the operating sequence.
